I had a mixed experience with HARP. Overall, the services provided were satisfactory, and they were able to find me a suitable property. However, I did have a few issues with the responsiveness of their customer service team. It took them quite some time to get back to me on certain inquiries. Nevertheless, their agents were professional and knowledgeable, and I appreciated their efforts. The website was user-friendly and informative. I would rate my experience as average.
