I've always loved this dispensary. I use to go in all the time. I never had any issues. Well I placed an order for delivery like I've done before.I didn't think nothing of it. I know our the previous time they call to confirm. I never received a call. I waited got about an hour. I decided to call them but I couldn't get thru. I called and called. I finally get thru and she informed me me my information is all wrong. I'm extremely confused because I ordered before with no errors or flags. I was like okay well let's fix it. I was than informed because of THEIR clerical mistake I would have to wait till tomorrow. I won't get into all my medical history but let's just that was not an option. I then asked for a manager and informed sure was one and she would have to get in contact with another one. Well I wasn't about to wait so I disconnected a little defeated. However It was only 5:30 so I figured I could find another dispensary. Than my phone rings. Yes my works. It's so magical right? The manager called me back and apologized informing I would receive my delivery within two hours. I've always loved this shop and they continue to provide good customer service. I'm also happy with their selection. I'm looking forward to getting my medical card because they seem to have some pretty amazing medical products.
