strange to see an absence of comments about their outrageously long wait list time(10-12 months) that's bordering on negligence! maybe most people just give up and are too ashamed to even write a bad review because they don't know they deserve to be treated with more respect. You'd think arise would want to make sure that they weren't delaying treatment to those who need help sooner than next year...after a certain amount time, isn't any care better than no care?
