I had a mixed experience with Gemac lagertechnik + trennwand gmbh. The product quality was good but the customer service was not up to the mark. The delivery was delayed, and it was quite frustrating. The installation process was also a hassle, and we had to contact their support multiple times. However, I must appreciate their efforts in resolving the issues and providing us with a satisfactory solution. Overall, I would rate them as average.
