I brought my MacBook pro in to repair some keys on the keyboard. When I brought it in, they told me it would take 2-3 days for it to be done. After 3 days I hadn't heard from them so I decided to give them a call. They had not even began to run diagnostics or order the part that was needed. They ran diagnostics that day, called me back and told me the part had been ordered and it should be done the same day the part arrives. I waited a couple more days and they had the part, but had yet to begin to install it. I called them the following two days and said they were still working on installing the part.

After about a week and a half, my computer was finally done. I picked it up and it was all working properly. I was disappointed about how long the whole process took. When I picked it up, The tech told me that the installation usually takes about 2 hours. (Not 2 days) As a student who relies on fast service, especially on my laptop, it was a big inconvenience being without my laptop for longer than I had been told.

If I have a problem with my laptop again, I will be taking it to the VandalStore instead.
