Yoga West is an amazing place to practice yoga! The instructors are incredibly talented and create a positive and inclusive environment. The classes are challenging yet accessible, allowing for growth in my practice. I love the variety of classes offered, and the studio itself is clean and inviting. I always leave feeling refreshed and inspired. I can't recommend Yoga West enough!
