What a convoluted experience! My goodness, so I visited at around 6pm on a Tuesday and was surprised at how full the car park was. A number of stores were randomly closed or you had to book to enter the store. The stores however were verging on empty which was surprising given how full the car park was. Annoyingly, this was a wasted trip. On arrival I approached the gucci store to be asked if I had booked. Am I supposed to telepathically know what the conditions attached to visiting their store as a customer are!? Quite a few stores have implemented this approach. I wouldn't plan to visit again any time soon. Reportedly there is an 85% decline in Bicester Village shoppers which is no surprise considering how difficult it is for shoppers. What's wrong with wearing a mask, using hand sanitiser and limiting the amount of shoppers at any one time!
