The agent is poorly informed about the real estate...

The agent is poorly informed about the real estate, does not offer any assistance to determine the basic permits, they all leave at their own risk and take a high commission only to unlock and lock the doors. On the agreed reservation of the real estate, they send SMS that the property has been sold, after you have already lost time with the banks. Without any notice, rude and unprofessional, with an explanation of the agent that "they are not shoes to be kept". And the loan lifting process is started ?? In my opinion, they are not worth their fees and definitely one of the worst agencies I have had experience with.
