I had an average experience with Double B Trailers LLC. The website doublebbtrailers.com was easy to navigate and find the trailer I needed. However, the customer service could have been better. The staff was not very friendly and did not provide much helpful information. Overall, the trailer I purchased was decent, but I expected a bit more from the company.
