I have been with Northwest Power Pool for a few years now and I must say their service is average. While their website is user-friendly, I often find it hard to navigate through the information I need. The rates they offer are also just average, nothing too extraordinary. However, their customer support team is responsive and helpful. Overall, I have had an average experience with Northwest Power Pool.
