I've been a customer of Toho Bank for several years now, and overall I am quite satisfied with their services. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and I've never had any issues with my accounts. The online banking platform is user-friendly and convenient to use. The only minor complaint I have is that sometimes it takes a bit too long to get assistance when calling their customer service helpline. Other than that, Toho Bank is a reliable and trustworthy bank.
