I've been going to the Big Texan for about 40 years. I'm sorry to say that the quality of the food has declined over the past several years. The prime rib I got was nearly half wasted because of fat and grissel (at least my dogs had a yummy treat), the salad was wilted, and the rolls were inedible. My daughter had the salmon, and it was much better. Also you'd think being a steak house, they would have steak knives that would do more than slice warm butter. I sure wish it would return to the quality it once was.
