I visited the venue on 27 February for the Joshua Bell concert, however, I shared my Barbican experience with the resident mice, in my Circle A row seat and in the foyer area. A mouse ran up and down the row in which I was seated, and as I left early, due to the vermin situation, additional mice were running around the foyer. If, like me, you are terrified of mice, don't visit the Barbican Centre....you are not even safe in your theatre seat in Circle A. Other seats may be fine. I have had a very short response to my complaint from a member of the Customer Experience Team, to inform me to wait another 5 days for a response. I will never visit this venue again, I have never seen mice in any other London venue.
