Although my experience with Paul Klein Travel started off a bit rocky, with some miscommunication regarding my booking, they made up for it with their prompt response and excellent customer service. The trip turned out to be amazing, and I appreciate their effort in rectifying the initial issue. Overall, I had a positive experience.
