Exactly the same thing is happening to me Jeremy. And JLR Australia just want to bury their head in he sand and do nothing about it. My RR Sport is back at the dealership now for the 4th time!!!!! And now technical support is arguing with the dealership and nothing being actioned. We have done the software upgrade, we have cleaned it and now I just want the damn part replaced and they won't do it!!!! This is my 4th RR purchased and as a result of their non-existent customer service probably my last regrettably.
