I have been a customer of Nihonkai Cable Network for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. It gets the job done, but there are definitely areas that could be improved. The picture quality is decent, but I have experienced occasional pixelation and buffering issues, especially during peak hours. The channel selection is also quite limited, and I often find myself missing out on popular shows and sports events. The customer support is responsive but not particularly helpful. Overall, Nihonkai Cable Network is just an average cable provider.
