My recent experience with Airzz was quite disappointing. The flight was delayed, and the staff seemed unorganized and unfriendly. The plane itself was cramped and uncomfortable, and the in-flight service left much to be desired. I had higher expectations for Airzz based on their website, but unfortunately, I was left feeling disappointed. I hope they can improve their services in the future.
