Don't bother to use phone service cause paying $37 upfront and all Raymond can say on the phone is I need to go to them to discuss more, which means he doesn't want to help unless I spend another $180. Told me don't waste his time if I don't listen to him, 8 minutes for $37. Expensive and not helpful at all, avoid them.
