I had a mixed experience with Bunn & Sons. While their website was user-friendly and the ordering process was smooth, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the replies were not very helpful. However, once my order arrived, I was pleased with the product quality. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
