I recently visited Jeita and had an overall average experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the facilities were a bit outdated. The highlight of the visit was the guided tour of the caves, which was informative and fascinating. However, I expected more from the restaurant and souvenir shop. The food options were limited, and the prices were quite high. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my time at Jeita and would recommend it to others.
