Dr. Patrinske took great care of my Mom. I would give her an A +++. All my Mom's nurse's were good. I would give 5 stars but the ER doctor could not get the IV in my Mom's arm literally 20 times. Her arms are so bruised it's ridiculous. Plus he was swearing under his breath. If your a doctor you should be able to get it in ages times not 20. It looks horrid and you don't need to swear and put my Mom in great pain. It's still bad and it's been 6 days. I am glad she received good care on 5 South. Thank you , Kelly Steinmetz
