I had a terrible experience with Medieval Metal LLC. The quality of their products is subpar, and their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I ordered a custom sword from them, and when it arrived, it was not at all what I had requested. It was poorly made and fell apart after just a few uses. When I tried to reach out to customer service to resolve the issue, they were extremely unhelpful and unresponsive. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
