I recently worked with a thermal design company to optimize the energy efficiency of my building, and I must say it was an average experience overall. The website provided a decent amount of information about their services and expertise, but the design felt a bit outdated and could use some improvement. The initial consultation was satisfactory, with the consultants demonstrating good knowledge in their field. However, the overall communication throughout the project could have been better, as there were instances of delayed responses and lack of proactive updates. The final results were acceptable, but there wasn't anything extraordinary that stood out. Considering the price I paid, I expected a more seamless experience and exceptional results. While they did deliver on their promises to some extent, there is room for improvement in terms of professionalism and customer experience.
