Sales side is great. Financing dept went above and beyond to get me in a car.

Service, not so much. When faced with something beyond the normal oil change, or tire rotation, they either whine about looking at it, and/or imply that I'm the one with a "issue". I'm done with that service department.
While I may buy another car here, they won't see me in service.
