The experience with this company was okay. The website is well-organized and informative. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. 🤔 It took a while to get a response to my inquiry, and I felt that the interaction was not as personalized as I had hoped. The product itself is decent, but I believe there is still room for improvement in terms of user experience and functionality. Overall, it's an average experience. I hope that they can enhance their customer support and refine their product to better meet the needs of their users.
