We enjoy this hotel. Restaurant breakfast staff and bar staff great. Public areas are comfortable. Our room was on the shadow side of the hotel so dark even in daytime. We got a walk in shower because the baths are too high for most older people to climb into. Room 140 was handy for the swimming pool but there's mould in the lower wall around the shower and the shower curtain isn't that nice either. However the bedding and pillows were top notch. I got a small card from Reception about ClaytonSnap competition to win a meal for 2. I took lots of photos but cannot figure out on Facebook how to upload them. I don't usually bother with Facebook but am going to phone the hotel to find out how to post the photos.
The hotel is located in Cricklewood which is great for buses but not that good if you want the underground. We had a lovely stay and the weather was good so we could sit outside the main doors in the sunshine. Will we go back? As soon as we can afford to., looking forward already.
