I recently had an experience with a senior living facility firm that left much to be desired. While the location and facility were satisfactory, I found communication to be lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it was difficult to get their attention when needed. Additionally, the overall maintenance of the place was not up to par, as I noticed some cleanliness issues in common areas. I hope the company can address these concerns and improve the overall experience for its residents and visitors.
