I recently purchased products from a company and was disappointed with their service. The quality of the products was good, but the overall experience left much to be desired. The website was user-friendly, but the customer service was subpar. I had to reach out multiple times to get a response, and when I did, it was not very helpful. I would rate my experience as great, but the customer service could definitely be improved.
