I have been a customer of City of Greensboro for several years now and I must say that their service is just average. While they do provide the basic amenities and keep the city clean, there is nothing exceptional about their services. The website, greensboro-nc.gov, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. They could definitely improve in terms of responsiveness and addressing customer concerns. Overall, I would rate them as an average service provider.
