I found Inc research to be an average company overall. Their website, incresearch.com, provides a decent amount of information about their services. However, I wasn't particularly impressed with their customer support. It took them quite a long time to respond to my inquiries, and their answers were not always helpful. On the positive side, the quality of their work was satisfactory. In conclusion, I would rate them as average.
