Incompetent service advisor's at this place. I was told my vehicle would be looked that day with a worse case scenario of 24 hours. I called to get an ETA 35 hrs later and they told me that the technician who's supposed to diagnose my vehicle is off. Now I'll have to wait until Monday to see if it's going to be seen then or wait even longer. Morons. If I could give them less stars I would.
