I recently used the services of a design and branding company that claimed to be top-notch, but my experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate, and the portfolio displayed some impressive work. However, their response time was slower than expected, and I didn't feel like they fully understood my vision. The final product was decent, but it didn't quite capture the creativity and innovation I was hoping for. The pricing was fair, but I expected a bit more for what I paid.
