For 3 years I have owned a Grimac espresso machine...

For 3 years I have owned a Grimac espresso machine mod. "Tube", which has always satisfied me for the creaminess and right temperature of the many coffees dispensed; in the last few days I had a problem with a water leak in the lower part of the machine itself and the very kind Mr. Andrea Coblisi (technical assistance), contacted by me, allowed me to solve the problem easily, quickly and at no cost (a simple adjustment had to be made) ... a round of applause for the honesty and courtesy shown.
