My mother used to take me to the other location they had years ago, and now i been coming to this location just because they have my whole medical history and i hate changing doctors. Just recently the times i go, this clinic has been VERY unprofessional. From the moment you check in, get called to do your vitals, and checking out. i understand they have to ask personal questions when they are taking your vitals, but for me i would rather have the medical assistant ask me in the room because out in the open is against HIPPA regulations. Not just basic questions, its more like do you use condoms? are you using protection? and etc. ALL OF THIS SHOULD BE DISCUSS IN A CLOSE ROOM NOT OUT IN THE OPEN FOR EVERYONE TO HEAR. As she is asking, the other employees are on their phone, talking about their personal life, and telling each other jokes. I understand when you are working you have to talk to your co workers, but if there is patient there it can wait until the patient is in the room. Same thing when you are checking out and trying to make your follow up appt, the front desk is asking you a question but is going back and fourth with her co worker. I would not recommend this clinic, and i am sure you can find another clinic than this one here.
