I recently purchased a phone from My Phone Club Ltd and I must say, I am quite disappointed with the quality. The phone started malfunctioning within a week and the customer service was not helpful at all. I had to go through multiple phone calls and emails just to get a replacement. Overall, my experience with My Phone Club Ltd has been below average.
