We originally went to Bishop Ranch for a weekend emergency with our senior dog. We made the devastating decision to let him go. We and our much loved Duke were treated with so much compassion. We were informed of the costs for everything so we could make the best decisions for our circumstances.

It was an emotionally difficult that day so I don t remember the vets name that treated Duke but her bedside manner was exactly what we needed. She helped us make the right decision despite 5 of us in the room saying good bye to Duke. We stayed with Duke until he was gone. We used the cremation services next door which made everything convenient during an emotional time. We have his ashes, a paw print and a picture they sent with a sweet condolence card.

BR also made a donation to a UC Davis animal foundation in Duke s name which was incredibly touching. We miss Duke everyday. We moved out of the area but we continue to return with our other dog and my deployed son s puppy. Dr. Adam Scott is our vet now. He s kind, takes the time to answer all my questions and let s me know about the costs of everything since finances are an issue for us right now.

During a difficult time with lots of changes its been a comfort to know our much loved pets will be cared for so compassionately. Our interactions with the front desk, technicians as well as check out staff has been quick, friendly and professional. BR is now our first choice for our dogs.
