I've been a member of this gym for over a year now and I have to say, it's been a wonderful experience. The trainers are friendly and helpful, always offering guidance and support. The classes are diverse and engaging, making every workout enjoyable. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment. I highly recommend Ladies Fitness Plus to anyone in the Sunrise area looking for a great place to work out.
