I have been privileged to be Dr. Purcell s patient since 2017, following a terrible rear-end car accident resulting in a traumatic brain injury causing me to lose my career and alter my way of life. Medically speaking, Dr. Purcell has provided me with the best care I could ever hope to have. His examinations are thorough, he recommends both traditional treatments and medications and innovative ideas for improvement. Even more importantly, Dr. Purcell cares about his patients on a human level. He talks to me, not at me. He listens and responds, not lectures. He takes time to discuss how I am doing. I am aware how busy he is and can only imagine how many appointments he has in his day, yet, when he is with me, he gives me his full attention. Dr. Purcell also employs a fabulous team of medical assistants and PAs. I have been seen by Nhi and Emily and they both are superb. Recently, Emily assisted me with critically time-sensitive disability paperwork that made a world of difference for my continuation of benefits. Dr. Purcell is a very special doctor and individual and I am truly blessed to be one of his patients and receive the support of his amazing team.
