I m very disappointed that my kitten had passed, they had told me they d keep him in the morgue until I came to say my goodbyes before taking him for group cremation. When i arrived the day after his passing to come say my goodbyes they had told me that they already taken all the animals for group cremation but haven t started the cremation yet. I was very upset about that because I was expecting to see him one last time but they said if I wanted they could bring him back in four days so I can say my goodbyes. I had said no because I just wanted him to rest easy now instead of them retrieving him from the others and they said if I changed my mind to call over the weekend. I didn t call and then a week later I get a call back saying they brought his body back even though I had already said I didn t want that. I m extremely furious I just wanted my baby to be left alone and let him be at peace instead of being bought back and forth.
