I will not be going back to this theater. Went to see a movie, then during the last 20 minutes of the film during an intense scene, the screen goes black and the lights come on. Not a big deal at first. The employees came in and said that they had a power outage and would rewind the movie back to where it was. After a few minutes, they did rewind the film but there was no sound. Myself and another gentleman went to tell the employees that there was no sound which they seemed to be unaware of. It was never fixed, and the movie continued all the way to the end with no sound with all the lights on. They then rewound the movie again even though the ending had already played, and there was still no sound. The manager refused to do a full or even a partial refund. Bad customer service imo and they lost a long time customer.
