I have been living in Rolling Meadows for the past 5 years and I must say that the City Of Rolling Meadows is doing an average job in terms of providing basic services and maintaining infrastructure. The roads are well-maintained and the garbage collection is prompt. However, I feel that more attention needs to be given to public parks and recreational facilities. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
