My recent stay at the hotel was not what I expecte...

My recent stay at the hotel was not what I expected. The room was not clean upon arrival and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. The location of the hotel is great, but the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made it a disappointing experience.
