As a customer of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators, I must say that my experience with their services has been average. While they claim to be experts in family mediation, I found their approach to be just satisfactory. The mediators were knowledgeable, but they lacked empathy and understanding which I believe is crucial in such delicate matters. The overall process was smooth, but it could have been better. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their services.
