Wish I could give - stars. Didn t think to inform me that the start date is way late and zero concern about the lack of communication. This whole state is horrible with communication and professionalism. Not going to even get into how quick they can send a withdrawal form but the enrollment process is like the documentation to get to dosage and they don t tell you anything. Useless! Completely utterly useless!!!
