I had an average experience with Lok. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but the customer service was lacking. The website was easy to navigate and placed my order without any issues. However, when I had a problem with one of the products, it took a long time to get a response from their support team. Overall, I would say Lok is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
