The Staff is horrible they are not passionate about the job they are paid to do and although it's an pandemic if your order needs a substitution I feel like they should call instead of waiting til I walk up to say "your going to have to wait another 30 min to fix the order"smdh this is why black businesses lose out on so much support because when it comes down to it black folk still think you owe them something and they treat you as such. 2 hour wait is too dog on long!!!
