I have been a customer of SUSAN ALAN for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. I haven't experienced any major issues, but there is definitely room for improvement. The staff is polite, but not overly friendly. The quality of their products is decent, but I have seen better options elsewhere. Overall, SUSAN ALAN is an okay company to do business with.
