I had an average experience shopping at Saratoga Strings. The staff was friendly, but I felt that they could have been more knowledgeable about the products. The selection of guitars was decent, but I expected more variety. The prices were fair, but not exceptional. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience at Saratoga Strings.
