I had a mixed experience with Focus Systems Engineering. While their work quality was satisfactory, the overall communication could be improved. The team was knowledgeable but failed to address all our concerns effectively. Despite the issues, they were able to deliver the project on time. There is room for improvement in terms of customer support.
