I had a mixed experience with Pt. multi perkasa indosakti. While their website, multiperkasa.com, was easy to use and had a wide selection, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and the representatives were not very helpful. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
